Mr. Kodir Norov is Co-Founder and CEO of Stolik, a startup that develops mobile applications to help restaurants increase their sales (stolikapp.com). Mr. Norov also serves as the Chairman of Avesta Investment Group, which he co-founded in 2003. Previously, from its inception to May 2011, Mr. Norov served as the Founding Chairman of the National Association of Securities Market Participants of Uzbekistan. From 2002 to 2005, he was the Head of the Investment Banking Department at the National Bank of Uzbekistan. From 2000 to 2002, Mr. Norov worked in the Interest Rate Strategy Group of the Fixed Income Division of Morgan Stanley. During the summers of 2008 and 2009, he interned at Deutsche Bank and Credit Suisse First Boston. Mr. Norov holds a BS in Economics with majors in Finance and Statistics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania (2000).
